Ordered device on 3/2/18. Received it on 3/7/18. Set it up for use on 3/10/18 and followed the instructions as outlined within the User Manual. After putting it together I used distilled water and filled it it up to the max-fill line. When I plugged in the device three beeping tones emitted and then both the steam and ozone lights started flashing. Indicating that the device was in stand-by mode. I tried removing the water and adding at different level. No matter what I tried the status remained unchanged. After playing with the water fill I discovered that you have to fill it when it is plugged in and even in doing that you are not guaranteed to get it to work. Sometimes it does and other times it does not. Needless to say I am totally disgusted. This device is $79.00 and should work correctly straight out of the box. Furthermore, I see reviews where people are actively using the device. Why they won't fess up and share the inconsistency with getting unit to work makes me think that the reviews are fake or paid. Lastly, it says there is a one year warranty. This is a Chinese manufacturer. The booklet offers a registration form with no address to send the registration. Also, when you look up the manufacturer it does not exist. LVL doesn't state directly in it's listing that they will cover the warranty.
