This is the best flat iron I’ve ever had. I’m not over exaggerating, I was iffy then pleasantly surprised. It heats up in seconds and shows the temp as it gets hotter. It made my hair straight like a silk press from the salon. My leave out looks like the weave I have in is all my natural hair because of how straight it got my leave out. No crinkly poofy outcome like most other flat irons. Also I definitely received great value for money, it’s so cheap but works better than most!

Took me 5 tries to finally get this right. I first went for the expensive kind and my hair was getting pulled out every time I tried to use the straightener. Then I tried this other ones 5 in 1 lopeies curling iron. Tried 2 the part to straighten was not only pulling my hair but I had to squeeze it harder just to get it to straighten my hair. Those were 50 bucks. Then I tried an the airflow 2.0 TYMO, people didn't give to bad reviews on it so I tried it. Again it started to pull out my hair. It hurt. Loved the design of it. It felt nice. But it hurt to much. I have very thick hair, and very long. Then I figured if I'm going to try one night as well try a cheaper one cause the expensive ones were all hype out and no delivery. So finally I gave this one a try. Behold. It works great. Everybody it says it actually does. I don't get burned trying to curl or straighten your hair. The ions it is made with doesn't burn my hair. Leaves it feeling shiny and soft. It says it doesn't pull hair which is great. With all my hair I needed something good and would tame my hair. It comes with a glove a carrying bag for the iron with clips to hold my hair plus a quality comb to part my hair with. For this price and for what it does it was a no brainer. I love this. I finally don't have to return a curling/straightener. Thank you. Worth every dollar. Worth trying and worth buying.

This is the best straightener I’ve ever had heat dried up to desired temperature and straightens without having to re do each strand . My hair looks smooth. I’m straightens fast. I would definitely recommend the straightener.

This is an updated review since me and the seller encountered an unfortunate product shipment due to Amazon's fulfillment services. It was handled promptly/with compassion by the seller and here I am 24 hours later with my brand new replacement Dorisilk 500° 1" hair straightener. My driver (idk if its always the same person) is always great too! But anyway, this straightener is AMAZING. I usually do a 4 layer horizontal part from the back up to the crown and straighten in sections of those. This straightener-- i did my very first layer at the nape of my neck and it worked so well that I just let the other three layers down and did a quick "once over" all of it. Took like 3 minutes. Before and after pics are being posted. I used zero product and didnt even use conditioner in my last shower. My hair is beyoonnndd damaged and in need of a 5 inch trim and this straightener has made my hair look so sleek and healthy and somehow thicker? Absolutely worth the 30 bucks!!! 10/10 would recommend!

This has worked very well on my hair for my silk presses. It gets my hair right where it needs to be. I have 4A/3C hair for context with fine hair strands. Now the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars is because sometimes it’s easy to accidentally up the heat when you’re straightening because of the design so I accidentally went up to 500 for a section of my hair and didn’t know it. Thankfully I didn’t cause too much damage just a very small strand, but I have to work overtime to keep the temperature from increasing while straightening because it is easy to do. Now if you’re using it for other people’s hair it may not be such a problem, but straightening my own hair is where the issue is having to reach back in awkward spaces of my head is where the problem is. Other than that it’s definitely worth the buy and for the price.

This is a nice product! I’m mixed with black and white and have long, curly hair. When I wet my hair it is a mess of curls when dry. In humidity it frizzes. I like to wear my hair straight sometimes and found this flat iron easy to use with lots of heat settings to choose from. It came packaged very nicely, instructions clear and precise, beautiful color. My hair straightens quickly using the 320 degree setting. It makes beautiful curls too as I like that for my ends and is easy to maneuver. It glides through my hair. What I found pleasantly different from my old flat iron is that it has protective sides on the end that can get real close to the scalp, particularly the back of ear area without burning.

Works really good, gets really hot! And is comfortable to use, glides through hair nice, will be buying mom who is a hairdresser one, she really loved it too.

Es un producto bastante bueno. Tiene unas gomas en el lado de arriba y abajo que evita que tu mano se queme al sostener la plancha, calienta bastante rápido y deja el cabello sedoso. El cable es grueso, lo cual evita se enrede y tiene un velcro para atarlo. Viene con todos los accesorios que se muestra en la imagen, los cuales, también son buenos. Hasta ahora solo la he usado para hacerme rizos y me ha encantado.

This straightener is very nice. It gets to a high temperature - 500 degrees. I does an excellent job of making the hair pin straight.
