Worked perfectly! Got into my old Windows 7 pc on the first try. Its amazing how something so simple as a short password can make it nearly impossible to use a computer again. I couldn't remember the password for the life of me, even with a hint. My Mom used a similar program a few years ago, but that exact one isn't available anymore. So I bought this because it had the best rating and crossed my fingers. So easy to use and I've just finished getting my old photos and media files off the pc and onto a portable drive, rescuing them from erasure when I decide to finally part with this old paperweight. lol

Would not delete Admin PW on Dell 5567 laptop I've had for 9 years that just decided not to like my PW. I didn't forget it, it's written down below the keyboard. This software showed all passwords deleted. But my DELL said, "NO CAN DO."

I guess it worked. I mean I was able to get into the computer. The thing is, I don't know how I did it. It just seems to have worked on its own. I learned nothing. Which is probably best since I'm old and I wouldn't remember it anyway. At first the disc didn't seem to want to do anything. Had to restart several times. Walked away from it for a bit and when I came back to check, it had worked.

I tried so hard to get into my old laptop but couldn't remember the password for nearly 6 years. I gave up time and time again and thought I'd be locked out forever because I also don't have the same phone number on my Microsoft account to reset the password that way. This disc worked perfectly and easily once you read the instructions and took your time to configure it. After all this time I was able to reset the password and now have access to all the photos I couldn't get anywhere else, most importantly the ones with my lost loved ones. Thank you a million times over! This made my Christmas!!

Great ease installation

Years of shopping on Amazon this is the one product I wish I can give more stars to. Marvelous!! I thought all the files from a decade ago were lost, but I got it to unlock the PC in under 20 minutes. Some fake hacker was trying to charge me $150. Geek squad would likely have charged the same. The instructions weren't exact for my pc, but it was easy enough that I figured it out by accident. I love it!
