Bought this for a coffee bar at my son’s birthday. Everyone commented on how delicious the cold brew was and thought it we bought bottles at the store/coffee shop. We told them we bought these beans and brewed it the night before. This will be in our rotation from now on. The acidity was very subtle and this had a well rounded flavor that had notes of cocoa. I could taste a bit of the lavender notes. But I also think that was emphasized by the homemade dark cherry coffee syrup we made for our coffee bar. The beans might be considered expensive for some but for us it is cheaper than buying coffee at a shop everyday. Plus it is organic which is the reason we bought it to begin with. Fresh beans and great aroma.

A big concern for our family is mold. We always try to buy brands that are clean and have gone through several companies. This is the first brand whose used grounds never showed any sign of mold! Plus the flavor is great!!!

Lovely beans to use to make cold brew with. Great price for the quantity and quality of beans.

Good value for the money. Bery bitter taste when cold brewing. Tried different coffee to water ratios with similar results. May gave just been a bad batch. Also be aware it is whole beans.

Bought it for myself, gave it as a gift. My brother in law drinks it all the time. It is smooth but strong. Didn’t irritate my reflux.

By far one of my fav coffee beans for my cold brews. Light and no bitterness detected.

I've been experimenting with different coffee because I hadn't found anything I liked. This is not bitter and it's a little sweet on its own. I do a batch of cold brew and then add ice, half and half and some sweetener and I really like it. I've tried some drip blends as cold brew but this is much more to my taste.
