To be clear, it will only plug in and stand upright on a horizontal outlet correct? An additional power cord to help it stand up would be nice.

It works in standard wall sockets as well as in power strips. I don’t think I’d use it upside down though given the chargers weight and the added weight of attached cords. Mine fits snuggly in my wall sockets but my house is also newer. (Those older wall sockets from the ~70’s are fairly loose)

I’ve only used it in a standard USA outlet (120v 60Hz) and it works fine but I haven’t tried it in a foreign outlet yet. This is printed on the charger. Input: 100-240v ~50-60Hz I attached a video since they don’t allow pics for some reason. Hope this helps.
