The white peel strip is the only thing that feels sticky. The clear portion doesnt seem to have any glue at all. Whats up?

It may be due to poor external use conditions, low temperature, high humidity, etc. Precautions for Use: 1. Before using the tape, you should make sure that the surface to be pasted is smooth, clean and dry. 2. Low temperature or humid environment will reduce the viscosity of the adhesive tape. 3. If you want to increase the viscosity of the tape, it is recommended to blow the sticky side of the tape with the hot air of the blower about 3-5 seconds before using the tape.

Made in prc? i ask because of the authenticity, and thus longevity, of the "3m" tape sealant.

Our product is made in China, it is not a 3M product, but 3M double-sided tape is used in the manufacturing process.

Is this good to apply along top of screen door??
