I picked up this mount mainly for testing, since I already own another setup and was curious how this would perform—especially on a sports bike. From a practical standpoint, most mounts struggle on sports bikes due to limited and awkward mounting points. This one feels like it would be far more suitable for ADVs or bikes with more open and accessible handlebar space. Now, coming to the product itself—Neewer completely flipped my expectations. The build quality is genuinely impressive. It’s a solid, lightweight metal construction that feels durable and premium in hand. The tightening knob is plastic, but decent enough to get the job done without feeling too flimsy. One interesting design choice is the short double-arm handle. At first, it feels restrictive, but it actually makes sense—it’s compact, easier to carry, and better suited for tight mounting scenarios. However, the weak spot is pretty clear. The phone holder and action camera mount attachments feel underwhelming—not quite matching the quality of the main body. They don’t inspire the same confidence and could’ve been much better. If Neewer improves this part, the whole package would be unbeatable. At this price point (slightly on the premium side), it still delivers strong value thanks to its core build quality.
