Easy and efficient
Loved this so much we had to buy a second one. It’s quiet compared to our larger one and it came with a nice bag so it’s easy to bring along in our car too!

no battery
This is described as "portable" in description it says "RECHARGABLE BATTERY IT'S INCLUDED". No battery was included with this device. Furthermore a call to manufacture could not confirm that I could purchase battery separate. Upon return I was informed that I had to pay return postage plus a restocking fee of 20% the value. Terrible customer service.
