I have purchased three of these fountain pens from Beiluner. I purchased this one back in March. I recently had an issue with it, but the return window had passed from Amazon. Instead, I reached out to Beiluner and described the problem. Without hesitation, the customer service team offered to send me a replacement pen free of charge. I don't remember what the Warranty period was, but they didn't even want to see when I had purchased it. They just reacted with great customer service. To me, that is more important than price when it comes to products. Having said that, these Beiluner pens are extremely low priced for the quality you get and the company stands behind them.

It is a stunning pen to look at and such an excellent pen to write with.

This is a very good pen for the money. I usually prefer a broad nib, but that was not available for this pen. Still, I can recommend it.

I would have liked a less "fine" script pen. More of a medium would have been closer to my preference but I feel the pen overall is a classy addition for me.
