Issue sorted speedily
Negative:Spring in the case lid hinge failed after 4 months of use.Positive:Issue was rectified by seller within 24 hours and without quibble. Complete replacement lighter sent.

missleading!
got this as a gift. just tested it out.its very misleading. I expected this to be used as an electric lighter OR a gas, so that if you run out of power you dont have to worry about finding a charger and instead use the gas flame....however! the ignition for the gas is the arc. which is used every time you use the gas. so both use up power.this means if you run out of power you can not use this lighter, even if it has gas. if they added a regular click ignition to the flame then this would be great and more in line with how its described.this makes the dual feature really pointless and just a novelty.really dissapointed in this. I thought I finally found a perfect lighter for my mate.
