This was easy to assemble. It feels very stable. My son loves the chair. I was going to give this a 3 star for the quality because the stitching started coming apart on the arm rest but i ened up giving it a 4 star because the customer support team was easy to work with and they replaced the arm that had the bad stitching.

I received this as a gift from my wife. I've assembled many office chairs in my career and for personal use, that said, this is without a doubt THE MOST DIFFICULT CHAIR I HAVE EVER ASSEMBLED. It appears to be a manufacturing defect. The metal pieces in the back are far too long and could use an inch shaved off in each side, that or make the metal on the sides slightly more flexible. While not the most complex chair to be built, the rigidness of the sides mixed with too long of screw casings on the back lead this product to the most irritating assembly. With one side screwed on it is literally impossible to screw in the other side due to the metal parts being at least an inch way too long. Will most likely return the product as 4 hours later it is still not assembled. Also, the base on which it stands is like a camping tent, it's not solid. The tent can easily be punctured and I've never seen such low quality in a base like that before. I can literally put my foot on the base and it feels like it's going to be ripped through. That tells me that even if this chair did not have a defect that it's still not durable to last in the simplest of places.

It works for what it needs to work forninguess. The vibrations are loud and low frequency. The pillow is oddly positioned in a weird spot on the shoulders/head. Material already coming undone, and super wobbly for no reason. Havent had long but its already falling apart. Not worth the price in my opinion but still okay chair if was cheaper. It also sits super tall. Husband complained the first time he sat in it to actually game a couple hours the seat cushion flattened and hurt his back.

Assembly was fairly easy but did take two people. I do wish the head rest pillow was higher, but the buckle strap allows it to be removed if needed. We've had the chair for a few months now. The remote and power cord for the massager goes right in the pouch on the arm rest side when not being used. The seat itself is a good size, the headrest position is just not a good spot.

It's not worth the price looks nice and cool but no back support and the Cushion is not dick after a while you're butt Telephone hurts . I had to buy a back support and cushion for my butt. The massage feature is useless you could barely fill. It feels like your phone is vibrating in your back pocket and with the backsupport. And butt cushion, I never use the massager. I am 5'5 feet tell. When you add the back support in the butt cushion, it pushes you more forward. So your legs barely hang on when you have the leg. Rest all the way up if you're gonna spend $350 on a chairi will go for another chair with way better quality. Don't go for the massage. Use that money to get a better chair. If I had the opportunity I would return this. Get a full refund and use the $350. Save that money a little bit more money to buy a better chair.. Save your $350. And if you're really looking for high quality chairs, double it like maybe around 500 get something better than this.. Oh, yeah, forgot to tell you. The cup holder is very small, barely hold your cup and it could fall over very easily because it's not that deep.

It’s soft and plush and the outside is leather but the motions have 4 positions not 3 I guess the first two are sitting positions and if you do fall asleep in this chair you could lay all the way back with your feet up I have the height adjusted one so when propped up you are in an elevated seat unless your taller than 6’6 doubt your feet will touch the ground this chair is amazing for starting a home theatre too

I would give 10 stars to their customer service and about four stars to the chair. The customer service was amazing, they helped me out and I really appreciated it. The chair is pretty good. I have had one like this in another brand and they’re pretty similar. It’s great if you need to put your feet up while working, I would recommend this chair, for me it was a little bit too much money, if it was 300 bucks, I would’ve been thrilled however I still recommend it because it’s got the feature of the lifting foot rest.

Je l'aime, mais le dossier est trop petit, pas assez haut et le panneau de massage ressort dans le dos et à la longue ça devient inconfortable. les appuie bras et le siège est très confortable, c'est vraiment le dossier qui vient tout gâcher. Les massages sont bien mais pas plus En gros c'est une bonne chaise mais 200$ trop cher.

Honest review of this chair and why you should avoid it. PROS - It does look nice and at "fully" reclined it is somewhat comfortable to watch tv in. CONS - You cannot sit at a desk with this chair WILDLY uncomfortable. No lumbar support and the neck support is at a terrible spot as the back of the chair is super short. - I paid for the height adjustable chair. So 50bucks extra to raise the chair an extra 1 inch. literally no point. - Cup holder is useless its only 1" deep beware any cups or cans are likely to spill. - I am 5'6 and my feet weirdly dangle as this chair is probably built for anyone 5' and under. - If you are like me and made mistake of ordering bad news! seller will make you bite the cost of returning which is over 100$ (its a big box and weighs a lot). - Bolts and screws do not line up without using a decent amount of force - If you have a cat/dog beware the leg stand is built like a tent one tooth or claw will easily shred it. - does not fully recline only goes about 120 degrees obtuse. Kind of like economy class airplane chair.
