Why does my hair sometimes unwind when I press the opposite direction button?

This happens if you press the opposite button while hair is still clamped—the wand rotates back and reverses the curl. To avoid this, always release the clamp and remove the hair first, then select the next direction.

What does the reset button do?

For perfect curls: place hair, clamp, press direction, release and remove. Always release clamp before pressing opposite button—otherwise curl will undo.

Why does the motor rotate slowly?

The speed is intentionally set low for your safety—it prevents hair tugging and reduces the risk of injury. It may take a bit longer, but it's much safer.

How do I choose the right temperature for my hair?

120°C–150°C for thin/soft hair 150°C–180°C for normal hair 180°C–210°C for thick/coarse hair Start low and increase if needed to protect your hair.
