For the price, it’s pretty good. The packages are a little small, but if you’re planning to have a reasonable amount of food with some protein and veggies, then the quantity is alright. If you’re not familiar with shirataki noodles, they’re similar to rice noodles in taste and texture, so I don’t get “disappointed” when it doesn’t taste like pasta because I like rice noodles, too. I personally like this brand’s texture (similar to al dente). I threw in some cooked mussels on top and it was ready to eat. Overall, who’ll definitely buy again. Highly recommended 🙂

Packaging, quantity, and flavor were great

Worked ok added to my soup. Good for addition to soup but a bit mushy texture.

Initially Was Looking For A Dry Noodle. I Saw One, But, The Konjac Noodles, Popped Up.What I Didn't Like About The Noodles, Is The Preserved Liquid Package It Came In.The Instructions Are To Rinse, I Rinsed With Water The First Time, The Preserved Taste Was Over Powering & Locked Into The Flavor Of The Noodle That Tasted Like Bleach, I Couldn't Enjoy The Noodles. The Second Box Also Prepackaged With Preservatives I Used Boiled Water To Rinse The Noodles, The Same Strange Bleach Flavor, So Disappointing.Both Are Very Chewy Like Chewing On A Rubber Band, I Could Get Past The Texture, But, Not The Strange Bleachy Flavor.I Would Prefer, If The Noodles Were Available In A Dried Version, Not A Bleached Liquid Preservative.

Nice and good help for diet

The packs are 2 oz. smaller than Miracle Noodles that I buy at the supermarket but they are better portions for 1 person. Just enough and not too much per meal. I like that they are not as smelly and do not need to be rinsed several times. Texture and taste are just as expected. The price on Amazon was way better than the store which went from $2 a bag to $5 now. I'll be ordering from now on.

I've been on a keto diet for the last 3 weeks. I was hoping i could use these to supplement some "pasta" in my diet. Like others have said, the consistency for lack of a better term "slimy".The bite for me was off and the flavor to me was a no go even paired with a szechuan paste i love. I truly did not expect it to replace regular or even wheat pasta. It was just to far for me . I threw out the other 5 bags. I so wanted this to be good. The 3 stars was only because this is all of my palate. they don't deserve a one star because of preference, some make like it.

I live them with pesto and Parmesan, topi and tomato sauce, the consistency is great! I’m cutting carbs and I find these satisfy my craving, with nice toppings of course!!
