Ceanothus Blue Sapphire

My husband has wanted a Ceanothus since he saw a neighbour's in flower and as we have been in lockdown I bought him this one and was shocked when it arrived by how small it was. At the weekend the garden centres were open again so I looked for a comparable one there, here is the photo, the one on the left is this Ceanothus 'Sapphire' from Giftaplant, tiny in comparison. The one on the right from my local garden centre was slightly more expensive at £19, I paid £15 for this one from Giftaplant, but the difference is huge as you can see. By the way the clay pot is my own and was not included.

This arrived extremely quickly, was in very good condition and at least 18" high and quite well spread. Very pleased indeed with this purchase!

As a gardener I am very fussy about the condition and look of any plant, and have always hesitated about buying plants on line.This one was for a 45th Wedding anniversary..Blue Sapphire and was perfect in every way. Would definitely order again from Giftaplant

I don’t normally do reviews but this deserves one.This was a anniversary present for my parents, they were thrilled with the plant.We had a call a day before delivery from a lovely lady to say the particular variety wasn’t in good enough condition to send out would we be happy with another variety exactly the same species of plant but better quality. She was polite and being honest about her products. Excellent customer service. Plants can be difficult as a living thing and you are reliant on the producer to grow heathy and stable plants.Great service and quality plant sent.
