Not sure about the sizing
I am a 68 year old female, 5 foot 6 inches, weigh 155 lbs. I bought the t-shirt in a men's size large because I like loose shirts. I am a women's size 10-12, and the men's large just fits. I would have expected it to be bigger on me. I have found some of these companies size the shirts to fit tight over 6 pack abs, (which I definitely don't have!)

Cool/ Patriotic Shirt
Great material, for and design. I’m in between a XL & XXL so I ordered a XXL not too big and snug around the arms and shoulders like I like it.
