Just what I was looking for
This supplement has been in the news and I know it’s not great for me that being said, I was on 50 mg from a different company that was like a gel cap and I’m trying to taper down so I needed to get to an actual tablet. These work as intended, and hopefully before the bottle is done, I will be off them completely. They do work. I do fall asleep. The strength is good and they’re very easy to swallow. No taste really, but I swallow them with water.

I like these WAY better than ever using them PM medications because I’m not taking Tylenol, aspirin or ibuprofen unnecessarily. The price is great and affordable. The dosage is good. The quantity is great. The size is small and easy to take. It is effective the sleep is good and I’m not groggy in the morning or experience no negative side effects.

Definitely recommend these sleep aids
I’ve tried the brand name sleeping pills and a few other generic brands and this one does the same exact thing. So it’s a winner to me, great value with the all of the benefits of a Amazon purchase

Makes me Drowsy
It’s just benadryl and helps give me 3-4 hours sleep. Grogginess in the am though so not for every day.
