Worked like a charm. Quick to heat and the titanium is pretty much impervious to chemicals. Temp gauge spot on to my analog thermometer

I would give this zero stars if I could. I used this product ONE time, and it blew up, even while being submerged in water. I tried to get a refund but they told me it's been too long. So now I'm out all this money for a product that didn't work from the start. I don't recommend this, and I'm afraid for anyone who leaves this on when they aren't in the room.

The heater works great! Heats out hot tub quickly and does not corrode quickly like other steel tank heaters I have used with our hot tub. For safety always unplug and remove before using the hot tub. The thermostat is ok but not very accurate. Reads about 5 degrees cooler than actual temperature. I keep mine set at 100 and it keeps the hot tub at 105. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the heater!

This is a great product. Just READ the instructions and be realistic. Yes, it takes a while to heat the water at the desired temperature depending on the amount of water you are heating and the initial temperature of the water, but it does the job. Yes, it can take hours if it's a lot of gallons. Also, if you're in a cold part of the world, then just wait for the summer. This is again, a great product, but is not "magic".

This heater stopped regulating temperature to the set point after only 25 days of use. It now just gets stuck full "on" and continuously heats and heats regardless of the set point of the thermostat. This caused damage to everything in the tank that it was keeping warm.

Works great for warming and holding temp accurately. I have used it to raise and hold 15 gal. and 95 gal. tanks of water from 65F to 100F. Takes time for larger tank because it's 1500w and 120v about 4 hrs. but slow warming is what I needed. 15gal. tank takes 45min. for that temp. span. Heat guard works great, safe for plastic tanks.Update 12/2023 these heaters were used to raise and hold temps in iIBC 250 gal tote ranks at 104f from 65f. Worked excellent, very stable, great value. We added insulation around the tanks and the heaters had no issues.

The probe must not be very water tight. After using this product for literally 15 minutes, the sensed temp is flipping back and forth between 300f and 30f every 2 seconds. Returning for a refund.

I bought this to heat electroplating solution. It’s a great way to control the solution temperature.
