Is this item easy to use?

Yes these copper glasses are easy to use. Pour water into glass let it sit overnight and the nutrients will absorb from the copper cup. Easy to wash , with sea salt and lemon. Air dry , do not put in dish washer or let soak in the sink.

Are they solid copper?

Yes.. so be careful because I bent mine slightly and I can't get them back to perfect shape.

These tumblers are a nice small size. I leave them next to our Berkey water filter to encourage drinking more water. I understand that copper is an essential mineral.
