It’s so bad…
Firstly the pump barely works, there is barely any pressure. I cannot stress enough how awful their service is as well. They continually ask me to cancel my claim with Amazon and send them info outside of the app to get a solution. There were missing screws a part broke. The pole for the item was bent. And there was a random extra hole on the wash bowl for no reason. The bucket holder was missing the screw to hold up the holder.

Good for what it is
The assembly was easy up until the connection of the water pump. You have to line the groove up on the socket the correct way in order to get pump to work properly . Took a flash light and myself getting all the way to the floor(laying on my stomach) to realize there were grooves to be aligned for correct usage( doesn't explain that in the instructions)

It was missing a part and when I try to return I needed to pay more than 100 dollars to ship it back very disappointed

Piece of crap
This thing is the worst salon equipment I've ever bought. It's a pain to use, it takes about 6 to 7 fill ups to wash a head of hair. Not easy to use!!

Fraud
The one page xerox instructions printed from copy machine is not clear and the screws don't even fit. Nor are the parts labeled. Due to shady vendors I'm about to stop ordering from Amazon all together.

Order at your own risk or take my advice and don’t order it!
I got this item as a Christmas gift. I am just putting it together and there is parts missing. My purchase did not come with a power adapter, the switch or the pump and now that it is past the 30 days I cannot return it. Smh this is so ghetto and a waste of money!!
