Great Quality!
This fits a little on the smaller side. My mare has a relatively average size head and it's a little snug on her but it serves the purpose. The color is a perfect wine in my opinion, more of a red with purple undertones. After 5 months all of the beading is still intact and it's used about 5 or 6 days a week. It has a kind of copper clamp on the end of the piece that's used to tie so I don't foresee that coming loose and fraying any time soon. I wouldn't mind having ten more!

Fades very fast
This was a beautiful halter and fit great...but I have owned it less that 16 months and it is faded to a very ugly color. No longer the pretty burgundy; it is now a brownish horrible color. The beaded nose is still nice, but who cares when the rest of the halter is so ugly.

Less burgandy more pink
I love this halter. It feels sturdy and well made. However the burgandy is much more pink in real life, my gelding may be a little disappointed but I think it still looks good either way.
