Blackjack BJ002 Firefighter Helmet Aluminum Flashlight Holder

Sturdy materials and easy to fix to my helmet. Worth every penny and more. This allows me to have both hands free, and focus on what I'm doing.

Pro: Holds the light tight as described. Sturdy construction Con: needs a bit more space to attach to helmet. Had to force it onto the brim more than I wanted. Tightening screws are small and could easily be lost Will buy again if needed.

Ordered 2 of these, one for each of my fire helmets. Fits the green streamlight 4AA poly light no problem. Comes with 3 Allen key screws( 2 to bite into the helmet brim and 1 to hold the flashlight into the bracket itself. All 3 screws came with blue lock tight already applied and also came with proper sized Allen key. If you are in need of an affordable light holder this is it! The flash light may burn or melt but the black jack won't. Just a few things to mention so you are aware: putting this light set up on one side of your Helmet will cause your helmet to lean In that direction. it's a little annoying but if you're masked up or the helmet is tightly snug on your head you won't notice it. Depending on the style helmet you have you may have to really play with where the black jack needs to sit so the light will clear a visor, stay under your brim, or be most Parallel with your line of sight. To overcome this I asked more senior members how they positioned there black jack set ups and also spent some time trying different positions both forward and more toward the back of the brim. Bottom line, this product works, affordable and once you set it to your liking the only thing that will fail is the light itself.

Good product but the screw that holds the light in place rusted away, could use aluminum or stainless steel.

Bought this for my fire helmet and it does not fit well and the screw damages the helmet. The flash light this is made for is to big and the whole mount actually hits the side of my head... Our helmets are pretty standard. I used the band that fits the light above the helmet rim. This is sitting in junk drawer...

Flashlight suggested on the site not the right one. Too weak and wobbly

Works good, but only holds their flashlight unless you shove some stuff in there to pack around a normal light.
