Cheap spongy material

I really wanted this to work for simplicity but it wasn't what I expected for the price... my family laughed at me when I put it on. The material looked and felt cheap. The foam skirt was creased/wrinkled from the packaging and I couldn't get that out to look nice. The foam collar was also creased so I couldnt get it to stand up. The leggings were off in sizing; for reference I'm 5'6", 160lbs & got a L -- I'm normally between a medium/large so I went on the higher end. The top and skirt fit ok but I barely got the leggings up & they were so stretched they didnt cover everything & were uncomfortable. In person it looked too orange leaning. The Judy I always see is more pink... Ended up making my own makeshift costume for next week & returning this one.

The skirt had two holes around the waistband and when you put it on, had a weird white fading on the front once the material moves.
