Fantastic 4CD collection of Dutch band: Luv’The first 4 albums they recorded are presented in order, each with bonus tracks related to each album, such as Spanish versions, remixes, a non-single and B-side only track.The audio quality is great, It sounds like the original masters were used, the discs are housed in a proper jewel case with a 12 page booklet.There’s no history or information about the band in the booklet but each album is given a two page spread showing original artwork, release years and track times, and the centre pages show 10 of their 7” record covers.Each disc is closed with a jingle which teases you to play the albums again as 11 seconds is way too short.Back in the early 80’s I first heard them on a mix tape of random 7” records a European friend made, I played that tape until it was wafer thin and finally have a high quality collection thanks to Universal who have done this set. Luv’ may be quite unknown in the UK but if you love late 70’s singalong feel good songs, Eurovision and the Europop sound then this is a must have collection. This review is for:  Completely in Luv' -62tr- This 4CD set covers Luv's entire output between 1977-1981. All 4 of Luv's albums from this period and all the singles (A-sides and B-sides) are included. Plus a few updated remixes and megamixes have been added as bonus tracks.If you like late 70's/Early 80's Europop artists (such as ABBA, Boney M, Goombay Dance Band, Baccara, Ottawan , Sheila & B. Devotion, Gibson Brothers etc.) then the chances are you will like this group. Although they had many hits across Europe, they had no success in the UK. I had never heard of them until a few days ago when I heard the song "Trojan Horse" and just had to have it (it sounds like Boney M with bagpipes - ludicrous, but great fun). Discovering them is like unearthing a hidden gem. The rest of the music is just as good and I listened through the whole collection (over 3 hours) in one sitting! I couldn't turn it off because the songs are so catchy and full of hooks! Highly entertaining frothy nonsense. I Luv it.

4 CD box set including all the tracks recorded in the 1970’s and 1980’s. LUV were massive in Europe. All the hit singles are included in this collection. If you love euro-disco get this 62 track box set.

Great 4CD set.It's just a shame it can't be updated to include the fantastic 2015 remix of 'Trojan Horse' by Matt Pop,which is one of those very rare remixes that improves on the original. You'll be amazed at how many great tracks these girls made.Highly recommended.
