i have use this inproveda shilagold shilajit capsules is very effective and i get awesome results. May be a waste of money
I am taking this for the last 8 days and still not in receipt of any benefit of the product. Still waiting something to happen. Bought this after seeing feedback from other verified buyers but not getting any desired result. Still lacking energy and vigour. No improvement in sexual health.

I found shila Gold a very good product. I can see the difference in stamina in day to day activity, earlier I used to feel tired by the evening but I am seeing good results.
