The unit is small and compact, saves space and easy installation. It is not consistent sometimes producing slightly warm water quickly, never hot. Most often I can hardly tell it is there.I would not buy again, further, I am replacing with a small electric water tank even though it requires more space than I want to devote.

This heater was very easy to install but did not get the water warm enough for me or my wife.

I bought this last year, finally got installed under my kitchen sink this week. It only heats, never gets hot, if you run water very slow. Who has all day to wait for Luke warm water? USELESS

My previous water heater quit working after 8 months or so. I decided to replace it with this instant mini water heater. It works moderately. If you turn the faucet on about 1/3 of its capacity, the water will be hot enough and the F degree is up to 112-115F at most but not continuously. Second, the circuit breaker has to be +30amp. Lastly, the price is reasonable and I hope this device will last for awhile until I can afford to replace it…again with a more traditional one.

This unit is not safe. It has an erroneous CE stamp of approval. Instructions from manufacturer require 14 gauge wire (maximum of 15 amps), but unit draws 25 amps. To handle that size load, 10 gauge wire is required per National Electrical Code. Worse yet, it has a pre installed cord and plug. That wire is 14 gauge. But again, this can handle a maximum of 15 amps, not the 25 that the unit actually draws. It has the potential to burn your house down!
