I have been looking for some decent pigments for use in assorted resins for a while and have bought a few that did not live up to the description, they where either very weak or you had to use almost the entire (tiny) bottle just to get a reasonable colour, however I read the reviews for this set if pigments and they all seemed positive, so decided to take a chance and I have to say that I'm glad I did!!The range if colours is fantastic, the size of the bottles is great and the colours are super concentrated, meaning you don't need to use much to achieve a great colour. I have included a photo of an eye I made for a puppet using smooth-cast 65d, which cures bright white, so whatever pigment i used, had to be strong enough to combat being diluted by the white cured state of the resin and as you can see, the eye is a nice vibrant yellow, which was made from 25ml of resin and 4 drops of 'sun yellow' pigment. The pigment is oil based, so it's great in a lot of mediums, but especially good for resins, like the smooth-cast 65d urethane resin, which would have an adverse reaction to other pigments that might be slightly water based (it foams up, which is actually helpful for certain projects) I highly recommend these pigments and once they are all used up, I will definitely be ordering more!!
