Works very nicely with my acer predator helios 16 laptop with thunderbolt 4 port. I did have issue with the thunderbolt 3 cable that came with the product but uperfect help me get a new cable that went well with my setup. The screen is a perfect match to be used as extended monitor for me as it has same native resolution as my laptop. Tested HDR content and that works as a charm as well.A little pricey but someone who needs portability this is definitely a good choice.

I got this to use as an extra screen and it’s been a really solid buy. The picture quality is crisp and it connects to my Windows work laptop without a single issue. I also use it with my phone sometimes—you just have to remember to plug the monitor into a power outlet for the mobile connection to work, but it’s super easy.Honestly, the best part has been the customer support. I ran into a really specific, tricky connection issue trying to set it up with another device, and their team was incredibly quick to reply. They were totally transparent, didn't just read off a script, and actually cared about working out a fair solution for me. It’s super rare to get customer service this good nowadays. Definitely recommend!

I ordered this 2k monitor a while back, and I must say I was impressed with the picture quality. The screen on my MacBook is gorgeous, but staring at a glossy screen all day is hard. The matte eye-care screen on this monitor was really great in this regard. The picture quality was good too.The monitor however suddenly stopped working after only 3 weeks, out of the blue. Was in perfect physical condition, and I took care of it.So why the 4 star rating?Well even though the monitor stopped working, I was happy with the fact that Uperfect didn't try to stiff me out of the warranty that they provided. My money was returned, although I don't know if I will be trying UPerfect's monitors by buying from Amazon anytime soon.

It stopped working after 5 months.

Great monitor for a portable setup. I brought it on a trip to do some work and it was perfect for that as well as bringing along when working onsite with clients. It's lightweight, fits in the laptop pocket of my backpack and the resolution is great at 2k.It needs 2 USB-c cables for power which is a bit annoying, but it can pass through power to the laptop if one of the cables is connected to a power outlet. The passthrough is weak though but enough to keep a MacBook Air charging very slowly. At least it doesn't run out of battery.I had an issue where I had accidentally messed up the display ratio and support was fast and very helpful to help me fix it.If you're often on the move and need a second display, this is a great option.Extra tip: get a magnetic tablet stand to put it on and put a couple of slim magnets on the back so it stays in place.

Bought this monitor mainly for my Nintendo Switch and as a 2nd monitor for my laptop.Pros:- Using with Nintendo Switch does not need external dock or dongle, just plug a power source & direct connect via USB-C to switch. Colours are pretty good on the switch.- 1 cable setup on any USB-C capable laptops. Tested with Thinkpads and MacsCons:- Colour is oversaturated. You can adjust it but the menu controls are pretty bad like most other portable monitors.- Using with vertical mode presses on the button. You need to use a stand to properly use it in vertical or have the monitor slightly slanted.Overall, love this product and the response rate. For the price it is really hard to beat.

After comparing several portable monitors in the same price range, I decided to keep this UPERFECT monitor, and I’m happy with my decision. The first thing that stood out to me was the build quality. It feels premium, sturdy, and well-made compared to many other portable monitors I’ve looked at. The 2K resolution produces a sharp image with plenty of screen space for productivity, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything feel much smoother, whether I’m working, browsing, or simply moving between windows.Setup was straightforward using USB-C, and it worked well with my MacBook. The cover/stand is convenient, and the monitor is slim enough to carry around without adding much weight. The brightness could be a little higher for very bright environments, but for indoor use it has been perfectly adequate for me. Considering the overall display quality, refresh rate, portability, and build quality, it’s a trade-off I’m happy to make. One thing that really impressed me was the customer service. The support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to work with me to ensure I had a positive experience. That level of after-sales support definitely adds value to the purchase.Overall, if you’re looking for a high-resolution portable monitor with smooth performance, solid construction, and excellent customer support, I would definitely recommend this one.
