This is a well made and very sharp knife. It comes with a leather sheath for safe storage..Great for cutting meats and vegetables.

Not honed.
Removed it from the box and it seemed alright. Good quality, nice weight, but the blade was dull. I didn't have to sharpen it, just had to hone it. Maybe it's a safety thing so you don't sue them and I won't fault them for that. However, describing it as a boning and filet knife is misleading. It is a boning knife. There is no flex to the blade. After honing it, blade was solid.

Fancy Box, Crappy Knife
It comes in a nice fancy box and the whole thing looks really nice but it just didn't cut well. I don't know if there was something wrong with the one I got or what.
