Merhaba, Yaklaşık 1 ay önce satın aldığımız Bestway Steel Pro Dikdörtgen Yer Üstü Havuz (2,21 m x 1,50 m) bugüne kadar sorunsuz şekilde, sürekli su dolu halde kullanılmıştır. Ancak havuz herhangi bir darbe, yanlış kullanım veya dış etken olmamasına rağmen alt kısımlarından aniden su kaçırmaya başlamıştır. Ürün kullanım talimatlarına uygun şekilde kurulmuş ve kullanılmıştır. Bu sorunla ilgili olarak müşteri hizmetlerinize ulaşmaya çalıştım ancak henüz bağlantı sağlayamadım.
