Good if you're diabetic
Tasty tea. Being diabetic, it's been do hard to find Yogi teas that don't overspike my insulin now that many of the blends have licorice as a first ingredient, thankfully this is reasonably low.

Tastes amazing
It tastes really good and it actually helps me unwind when I take it before bed. It makes it easier to sleep and is effective in relaxing. I have anxiety and I found this a great natural remedy, so for the price I would definitely recommend.
