Arrived in time but broken!

I bought this as a parasol to keep cool while I was walking in the hot sun for a vacation in LA last summer. It was cute and very compact, and I even saw it featured in a kdrama. The only problem is that it had this horrible fishy odor. I couldn't figure out why. I washed it with scented laundry detergent, and it still smelled. Yes, this is practical, but the stinkiness of this product makes me wish I returned it.
