LOVE these.! I have ordered twice--the 2nd order was 11 months ago. On initial ordering, I was worried about durability of the latches--some comments mentioned them breaking. I am happy to say I have had NO issues with the latches. I use these daily on rotating basis. When I initially went plastic-free, I used glass containers; but the lids are usually plastic AND glass gets HEAVY (especially traveling with ALL my food). These boxes are lightweight & seal tightly--NEVER LEAK. I can stack them any which way in cooler--sideways etc. IMPORTANT TIP: I have found that, putting warm food into container & then into fridge can create a "vacuum" seal that makes it almost impossible to remove the lid once cooled. Picture: long day travel, in hotel room, hungry--cannot get lid off=PANIC!! TIPS: Let warm food COOL before placing lid OR, if lid is "stuck,"--run container under hot water for a couple minutes--then lid comes off. Bonus notes: No fear of breaking glass AND stainless steel makes it easy to "polish" to like-new shine after washing.

These are solid containers for anybody looking to ditch plastic Tupperware. Much lighter than carrying glass around in a lunch box. The seal is very good when the lids are clamped down. My only gripe is once the silicone seal comes out of the lid it is pretty much impossible to get it to every stay back in the groove. Overall I'm still extremely satisfied with the quality and cost.

We use these to bring home our leftovers from restaurants. We try to avoid plastic containers where we can.They seal well and seem sturdy. Recommend

These lunch containers are a nice variety of sizes and easy to use. I love that they are dishwasher-safe and that they are stainless steel (so there’s no colored coating to flake off, like other brands I considered). They fit easily in a backpack.

It works ok, is waterproof just as i need, dishwasher safe, but has a few drawbacks. It's not your usual stainless steel - it's either coated or textured. That makes it super slippery. I dropped the container more than once while trying to pour oily soup out of it. Never happens with glass. I guess they made it so it's nonstick and easy to wash. The silicone seal pops out of the lid in the dishwasher, i need to wedge it back in every other time. Clasps can pop open if you're not careful while putting the container into a bag. Happened more than once. Being metal, you got to be careful putting hot stuff into it. More on the coating. Someone here said it may be pfas but i doubt it. Coating is very strong, more like anodized aluminum. If you scratch it, it's like you scratch metal. Definitely doesn't chip. I don't know what it is made of and that makes me worry. It gives metal a yellowish tint (vs the normal bluish of a stainless), it's still very very faintly magnetic, and super lightweight and rigid.

It's basically the same size as a standard takeaway container just deeper. It is the perfect size for a fat gluten free sandwich and cut up apple as pictured. I want to try to remove plastic from the kitchen and these are a fab and affordable replacement. As it's only stainless steel grade 304, whilst food safe it may corrode if exposed to acid or salt for a long time so it's best to not store anything vinegary in these and opt for glass tupperware instead. Unfortunately there are no options I could find for grade 316 so imo these were still the best option. Especially as some listings don't include the grade at all which is a little suspicious. The 550ml ones are too small imo for a lunchbox. They are ideal for snacks and smaller or more liquidy things. I have one from another order which has a divide in and it is great for freezing two portions of rice in such a way that it's easy to take one out at a time. It is also good for carrot sticks and hummus due to the divider.
