What a perfect little coffee maker! I prefer to brew grounds, so this was ideal. It's small, cleans easily and brews a good cup. You might run several cups of water through it at first to get the plastic taste out, after that, great coffee. I would happily buy another. It takes a few minutes to brew a cup, and I use a small bowl as a drip tray for after the brewing process, but not much drip to speak of. I also put tiny wheels on the bottom, but it slides on the counter without too much trouble.

Works good. It does its purpose. I got it for my husband to use on his truck, he's a truck driver. He's always driving, on the go. Easy and quick to use. Doesn't take up much space and he really likes the cup it came with. Keeps his coffee hot.

This coffee maker literally comes with everything you need but coffee and water. I took mine into work, and it takes up virtually no space. It's so easy to use, and it's so great for a single cups of coffee. I think it takes less than three minutes to brew a cup. I love the color. It's great value for the money.

Dissappointed Lasts only 10 months!! Love the mint blue color, easy to use and clean. Horrible didn't last a year and no warning. One cup worked next cup dead maker. Not expensive but companies need to get back to quality long lasting again. I had a keurig that did not last long either. It was a pain to clean properly. I learned most most people and businesses do not clean keurig types throughout and just do pod area cleaning leaving most of maker to grow things. So I never use one any where. Is reason I got this one. Small, quiet, easy to clean and pretty, but not last long sadly Thinking of getting an old time stove top coffee maker nothing to go out on it.

This is my second single serve compact hot beverage maker. My first one was used 4 to 5 times every single day. I loved it so much that after it it turned one year old, I told my husband I would buy it again if it broke down today. Well, that little water heater lasted over two years! What a bargain for such convenience. The only thing that failed was the little push button switch. So, this compact hot beverage maker heats water FAST. It has one simple push button to start and it automatically shuts off. It comes with a reusable screen mesh basket that works well with coffee grounds or tea. It has a very small footprint on the kitchen counter and is easy to keep clean and new looking for its lifetime. I have no comment on the included travel cup. I never used it.

I love my single serve coffee maker. Very conveniently included a travel coffee mug. I don’t have to worry about spills because it comes with a lid. Perfect for someone who lives alone and needs something quick and easy to use. Only thing I’d change is the extension cord is extremely short but other than that it’s a great buy!

Product good overall. It functions as advertised. I'm returning it because it is too small and too lightweight for countertop causing it to move all around when trying to use it. I even tried using a non-skid pad underneath it and it still moves around. It makes one cup of coffee at a time, and the coffee maker is very hot afterwards. If you have a guest and need to make them a cup, you have to wait at least 20 minutes for the coffeemaker to cool down before you can use it again.

The voltage on the description is wrong. It wont work in europe. Its not 230v. Its only 120v. Will cause a house fire if I plug it in. They send you a boat anchor only for you to have the hassle of doing a return. If you like doing returns, this product is for you. Also it may be for you even if you dont like returns but do like house fires.
