I was in search for a wheelchair for my grandparent. My search stopped at this chair. What I liked the most - 1. Flexible, easy to fold, means when not is use, it takes less space 2. Being foldable, It can easily be carried in vehicle. 3. Weight capacity is better than other brands. This is reflected in the built quality and weight of chair. 4. Easy access pockets which can be used by caretaker to place essentials of oldage person like medicines 5. Overall chair is sturdy, good wheels, easy to maneuver chair, rotate etc L key is also provided with chair so that nuts can be tightened if and when needed. Overall a good product, at the same time economical also which adds icing to the cake. I am also impressed by the seller as it sent me delivery even before the scheduled date. Ultimately it was a great decision to purchase this for the grandparent

Folds the seat to get slim and easy to store. Have used it well over a year and it has been strong and smooth overall.

One of the wheels of the wheelchair was tilted and was making noise. I tried reaching out to the seller shared videos and coice messages got no help. Was asked to fix it myself, they even told me it will remain tilted for balance and try to fix it myself using handy tools. Today the tyre came off. The patient is scared of using it. Called the customer service the lady I spoke to was of no help. She kept on interrupting me everytime and annoyed me.

Very good ,thanks to the manufacturer ,we used it for a journey it helped a lot while others wheel chairs were breaking .

The wheelchair is very sturdy and comfortable.

Product quality is Bad. It’s not even 1 year and seat and belt is broken. It shows 1 year warranty on the Amazon. But no information is there to how to get a replacement under warranty.

When it came to buying a wheelchair for my Super Senior Citizen Parents.. I was confused looking at the mixed reviews of most brands.. Until I came across "everactiv" .. and even though there too, I did come across some negative feedback.. I eventually decided to go ahead with it, after getting confidence by speaking to the people behind the company. 1. They assured me of a 'reliable and prompt' post Sales Service .. 1 year warranty. 👍🏼 2. My Delivery was scheduled between 5th and 7th March.. but.. I have already received the Delivery today .. 3rd March. 👍🏼 3. Had read about it being a bit Heavy.. so was glad that I was fortunately at my Parents home today .. as Parents alone would not have been able to lift it out of the box.. but.. l guess, it is their quality that makes it a tad Heavy.. (time would tell..) 4. As a first impression.. I honestly am really happy with the overall build quality and finishing of the product. Parents found it very easy and smooth to move around Just ..hope .. that even going forward.. it gives us a trouble free and satisfying experience..for years to come. Thank you Amazon and "everactiv" for bringing a Smile on my Parents face. 🙏🏼
