Great taste and price
My husband has this everyday with 1 TBSP of peanut butter and 2 TBSP of cashews and chia seeds.It has 4g of protein for the oatmeal itself.It doesn’t have any sugar so has been helpful with maintaining weight loss.Great price and value.It is filling and will keep you full for hours. The taste, quality and texture are great. Very easy to use, pour in microwave safe bpa free bowl, add 1/2 cup of water and 1-2 minutes in microwave, we always do 1 minute and 20 seconds and works great. We buy regularly on subscribe and save for us and my parents,would highly recommend.

Love this stuff! It's hard to find the plain flavor in the store, the other flavors have too much sugar for me. This is perfect and I was really glad to find a large box on Amazon. Good value, too. Will buy again.
