Very well flavoured. Slightly salty so i prefer to add more water . Very wholesome and delicious.

I bought these as an interesting and quick lunch alternative (I like porridge and I like curry). This was okay and I did finish the bag but I have not purchased again. It was very salty and highly processed.

Love these Masala oats. My go to for oats in the morning, when I have to leave in a hurry. Its spicy taste really gives the best wake up !!

I was looking for a way to make my oatmeal savory. I was tired of the same sweet take on oatmeal. This solve my problem. I also add some protein like chicken and I has great way to boost my protein for the day. It cooks fast and if you want to reduce the masala flavor you can combine it with regular oatmeal.

The amount is sodium in each serving seems extremely high and wouldn't recommend it to be consumed regularly. Just the ingredients and nutrition chart before buying.

Tasty, but need to be aware of the higher salt content and preservatives. Good to have on standby when a fresh meal is not available. I wish they come up with a more health-safe option for regular consumption.
