I had one of these before, years ago. I lost it when my house burned down in 2003. I never bothered to replace it because it wasn't very useful back then. Because it's not helpful cooking for a large family. The draw back is how long it takes if you are making food for a group. It takes 7 - 8 minutes to heat up and then you have to wait 5 minutes in between each set of whatever your making for it to reheat, & then however long it takes to cook what you're cooking. A friend suggested this. I love it! Very easy to use, and especially clean with the removable plates! I've made hot pockets, French toast, waffles, grilled veggie fries, grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches, and oh so much more! It heats and cooks faster than the toaster over, or a skillet. Super easy clean up since the plates remove! Just really enjoy trying different items on it! Great for a gift and limited counter space!

The product was delivered as advertised and works great. However, I didn't realize how small the actual unit is and the overfeel of the unit is, well, kinda chintzee. But it does work and for the priced paid it is a good value.

i had ordered a Sandwich maker from Kohls. But didn't liked it as it had only 1 plate (to make sandwich). One of my freind suggested me this product. i ordered the sandwich maker with 3 plates & was skeptical as the price was almost half of what i paid at Kohls for a single plate. I thought that the product would have low quality plates and it might only be good for use for 6 months or so. But Its been almost a year that i am using this one. It has been amazing. I use it for making sandwitch, grilling, panini, even as a toster too, etc etc. It still works fine and the plates are still as they were when i bought them. I also take care of them while washing and use wooden tongs to take out the sandwich. The grill plate is my favourite and we have used it to grill almost everything. totally worth of each penny...

Parents need this great and easy to use.

After my BIG BOSS broke down_again_ I hoped I would get something that might last...I WAS SO WRONG! THIS one broke down after only 6 weeks! I must say I am very cautious and careful with all things I buy! I never abuse or misuse a product and follow the instructions in order to do all I can to make it last! THIS one is the worst of them all...it just stopped working! LIKE ALL products make for gain only it is NOT for every day use! I cannot and will not ever recommend this item! I did not give this product a second chance and just asked for my money back! I am still looking for something similar but when I read the reviews on other brands I get discouraged that there is anything out there that will last longer then this one did! To THIS one I will say: dont waste your money on it it is not made to last!

love this thing! i got it for my girlfriend as a gift and she loves it too. yes, it takes a little extra time for your sandwich to grill, and the waffles aren’t the crispiest. but it’s an excellent deal and i’d recommend it to anyone with limited space and budget. bonus: just add the warranty to your order and you can get it replaced if it breaks down on you. i don’t understand all the negative reviews. what did you expect for $25???

I love this product. I use it with my medifast meals. I add a tablespoon of egg beaters and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the soups and pancakes and they make great meals. I take the tomato soup and pour it into the triangles and then after they are cooked I put a piece of low fat cheese or a wedge of laughing cow between two triangles and it makes a delicious sandwhich. (even better with a leaf of fresh basil)
