I absolutely love this knife and for the price it is really nice quality. This is my new favorite go to knife for chopping vegetables and for cutting meat. It is definitely worth the purchase.

Bought is for my dad and he loves it. He was able to cut small mangoes very easily.

A surprise: needed a temporary replacement for knives currently in storage from a move; bought unseen, not sure what to expect… Good weight. Stayed sharp for at least four months of near-daily use. Will update if my experience worsens or something.

Nicely made, really sharp. Only downside was that it was shipped in a sealed envelope, opened the envelope and tipped it to let box the knife was shipped in slide out. The tip of the knife was sticking out through the end of the sealed box. Thats how I found out just how sharp the knife was...... I opened the box after putting bandages on two fingers to discover the plastic safety piece that I assume was for the tip of the knife was just laying in the box.

This chef's knife is excellent. Superb craftsmanship and functional design combine to create outstanding blades. The customer service is also great, I love how sharp the knife is and the value for money is good. I would buy it again and recommend it.

I really like the quality of the knife and its very sharp.

I was unfamiliar with the brand so I just bought one knife, but now that I want to complete the set I can’t and I’m saddened. The other knives I need in the Samurai series are not available for individual purchase. I now have one gorgeous knife in my block. My advice to anyone reading this is to buy the block set.
