Great Bluetooth solution. Works perfectly right out of the box. Once it is set up, it turns itself on and off as needed. Bluetooth connection is flawless, the range is actually too good; it will sometimes connect or stay connected while I am in the house. The sound is very loud (controllable) and clear. Callers have said the call is clear for them too. The unit goes weeks between charges. Good value.

I bought this product and then returned it. I bought another product and that one was awful. I liked some of the features in this one so I bought it again. My biggest issue with it was keeping it in the car when it is over 113 degrees in the vehicle. I have solved that problem with a custom fit sunscreen for the windshield. So, I have left this in my vehicle during the last couple of months when it has been 113+ degrees outside and it works with no problem. While it works well as a speakerphone, I am really impressed with the battery life. I initially charged it in June and have not had to charge it yet. There is a light the flashes red when it needs to be charged and so far, not yet! This is going on 2 months now. The feature that keeps your battery life longer turns on the device and pairs it to your phone when you get in your vehicle and turns off the device when it senses no movement, such as getting out of your vehicle. Just as an FYI, I checked with Consumer reports and this product is not listed as being reviewed. When I returned it I bought the highest rated one which was awful. I ended up returning that one. If I need another one of these, I would definitely buy this one again over any of the others as it is a much better product. Update as of 09/02/2020 - I am still very happy with this product. I have not had to charge it yet and it has been in my vehicle since June. Still works great and we have had record heat this summer and I still have no problems. And, I found out that I can also search for things such as asking for directions and general internet search since it is connected to my android phone. This is definitely a great product. Update 08.2022. Bought one for a friend. He loves it. I still love mine and ise it all the time. I am going on 5 months and have not had to charge it. I still highly recommend this one over any of the others.

I did a lot of research on this device. In Minnesota, in the next couple of weeks, Hands-Free calling is the law. After reading reviews and looking at features I selected this speaker phone. The set up was remarkably simple. Sound quality and volume is more than adequate in the very loud old Jeep that I use it in. I keep it plugged in all the time, It connects to my cell phone just as soon as I open the door, so there is no going into settings to reset bluetooth. The only issue, which is my own fault, is when I am talking in the car and leave the car. Once I close the door I can no longer hear the speakerphone and I can't reconnecct on the phone until I get outside of bluetooth range. That's my problem, not the speaker or Bluetooth. This is a very good product. It has certainly made my driving experience safer. I have my phone mounted on my dash so I can easily move from one call to another simulataneously with just a single click. I also always turn the speaker off when I leave the car. In that I keep it plugged in, that may not be necessary.

So far, I'm loving it. I have a 2005 Lexus that did not have blue tooth, so I needed this badly. This saved me lots of $$. And our state is now completely "hands free'. These were my initial problems: I couldn't get the clip in the slots, the metal clip seemed to narrow. However, by slipping one side barely in, the other one then can be pushed in. (this is the short end, not the long one that will clip over the visor. I've posted picture so you can see clearly which end goes in and how it looks after. Then, after I had that accomplished, I dealt with the volume button. The first time I had my 'home' phone call it, I could barely hear.....Then I kept pushing the plus sign for volume, and I guess I finally did it right. Because pushed the "talk" button and told it to call xxxxx home phone.... and after it asking me a couple questions, it dialed it, and I was being heard by myself- on both my home phone and the speaker on the Veo Pulse B-Pro. Just as loudly as the lady speaks on the device. I found out later, than you can push the volume button while you talk. One other thing, to answer the phone, just say YES, don't push a button! You push the talk button at the top part when finished So, those two issues are done, It's easy to charge on your computer while you surf, etc....or can use the cigarette lighter in the car to charge it. I've read that once it's fully charged, it lasts a long time. But I can't comment on that yet. One other thing. I had been using a round mounted magnetic device that slips on the air condition vent, which enabled me to see who was calling, etc... And now that same magnet will still show the NAME, as this little device only tells the phone number, not WHO is calling. So I can touch the phone to accept, and it's all good! But wanted to get this post on, hoping it might help someone in their initial set up. One more thing, when you are connecting it to your phone, don't forget to push "S-62" to pair it up with your device. If I have any problems in the future, I will update. So glad to have found this!

I don't get a lot of calls while I'm driving, so the one call I've used this for was a test call that I made. I have to unlock my phone by drawing a pattern, so I can't use voice commands to call out on the bluetooth speaker. That's fine. The sound appears to be good on both ends. I can't say anything about the battery life because I haven't had it but 3 days. When I first got it, I tried to charge it by plugging it into a USB port -- not my computer or using the car charger. It fit, so I thought it would charge. The red light never went off, and it was plugged up for 4 hours. Then I plugged it into the USB on the laptop and the red light went off, so I guess it was charged after all. I don't know. Maybe it came charged. I don't know why it won't charge or light properly if I plug it into a USB port that isn't in my laptop. Pairing was easy. Today, I left my phone charging on the kitchen counter and drove off in my car. Even though I did NOT have my phone with me, when I got in my car the bluetooth said "Power on. Connected." Connected to what? Then the lights started flashing red/blue very fast. There is nothing in the manual that explains what the lights mean. As I was running my errand, the bluetooth kept saying "Power off" and "Power on" intermittently. I finally turned the unit off. Then I turned it on. After a couple of minutes, the power off/power on happened again. It kept turning itself off and on until I got home. I wonder if it's doing this whenever someone is sending me a text, but since I didn't have my phone with me anyway, it should not have been doing anything because it shouldn't be connected unless I have my phone nearby, right? If it's staying connected even when my phone is inside the house, how long will the battery last? I'm happy that the call quality is good, but I'm not sure the quality overall is something I'm happy with. I think I'm going to have to send it back. If it's acting like this 3 days out of the box, what's it going to do a month or 2 from now?

I got this unit because I couldn't hear map driving directions or podcasts on my phone. It has plenty of volume. I haven't had an opportunity to use the phone functions, or listen to music. Opening the car door creates enough movement/vibration to turn it on, and it automatically connects it to my phone. After I park and exit the car, it turns off after a few minutes. Truly hands free. After using it for a few weeks, I bought another one for my wife's car. I'm not sure about battery charge duration. I charge it every couple weeks just because. My unit developed a glitch after a month. I emailed Marie at the company. I got her helpful response and had it working like new in about an hour. Great customer service. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I love this product. Using Google Assistant via blue tooth, I can make calls. Example: I say call John. Google Assistant says you have 3 Johns, John Smith, John Lewis, and John Williams. Which John? I say John Smith. Google Assistant asks mobile or work. I say mobile. Google Assistant dials the mobile number. Incoming calls are announced by calling out each number of the incoming caller's phone number. Example: 2-0-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1. The speaker on product works great. Incoming callers can hear me well and I can hear them. With a previous speaker, for excellent reception, I had to have the product right over me on the driver's visor. With this product moved to the passenger's visor, the speaker sound is still excellent. Customer service is excellent. I did not understand how to change the announcement of incoming calls from French to English. I emailed the company in France. After emailing me did not resolve the problem, a staff member called me from France. We set up a time based on time difference. I love the product. The only down side was changing the announcement of incoming calls to English. I admit that could have been a issue with my understanding instructions.

I have older cars that have old school radios. So I got this because I didn't want to wear ear buds while driving, it was a pain to try and talk via speaker on the phone, and didn't want to install a whole new radio. This was the perfect option at very reasonable price. I can talk hands free, I can stream music, and I can use it anywhere. It is not made for long range use and does not transmit a FM signal.

I drive an old, basic C1 and have had it too many times where I'm driving and get an important phone call I can't take, or where I'm stuck in traffic running late and unable to safely send a text. I purchased this handy little device and am very pleased with it so far. I connect my phone to an aux Bluetooth receiver in order to play music through the car speakers, but I'm also able to connect to this device too - so I can seamlessly switch between listening to music through the car but taking calls through this device, and back again. It's good quality, with a weighty feel in the hands. It clipped nicely onto my car visor. The buttons don't feel mushy, and the mic and speaker quality are great from the few test calls I've made so far. The instructions are helpful, and the device also came with a cigarette USB device for charging which is a nice bonus if you don't already have one, plus a charging cable. I'll update if anything goes wrong, but presently this is a great buy!
