I found this difficult to get in the local supermarkets so I am glad Amazon had it. All foods as they should after use but without the calories. Great product and great price. Each spray is equal to a couple of calories and you only need 2/3 sprays to fry a couple of eggs. NB: Turned up after being lost in transit.

Great cooking oil easy to apply
Someone recommended spray on cooking oil for grilling and poaching or frying eggs etc... Thought I'd give it a go.... Absolutely brilliant, you use a fraction of the amount you would use if pouring oil on.... and because the spray coverage is wide it's brilliant. So easy to use and mess free, just watch for overspray or direction of spray before you depress the nozzle and you'll be fine. Highly recommended
