20th Century Classic Cars: 100 Years of Automotive Ads

I bought this for my husband who loves American classic cars. He loves this book, features beautiful cars, interesting facts and nice images.

Lots of lovely reproductions of old automobile publicity. The fact that it is written in three languages makes it a bit odd to read as the language sections repeat one another but the illustrations continue so if you are reading the English text you must go ahead to the French and German parts to see the remainder of the illustrations that fit that text. A bit annoying but not impossible to live with!

I bought this for my son who has a friend with a classic car collection ( real not toys). He thinks that the book is very good.

Saw this book at a bookstore,however picked it up from Amazon for a significantly cheaper price, only difference was I ended up getting a smaller size book :D Good read, although the main focus tends to be on American made cars.....nice illustrations!

20世紀の自動車の（おそらく全てアメリカの）広告を集めた本です。 Classic Cars とありますが、1990年代の車まで載っています。1960年代まではアメリカのどでかい車が中心ですが、1970年代からヨーロッパ車や日本車のものが増えています。1970年代以降に輸入車が増えたからでしょう。 派手なテールフィンやロケットみたいなグリルで装飾したどでかい車は、今見れば無駄だらけですが、古き良き時代を感じさせます。 約16×20センチで厚さが4.5センチ位、589ページもある本で、この価格は、とってもリーズナブルだと思います（二千円未満で購入）。

El libro es muy grueso, con tapa dura y sobrecubierta. El papel es brillante, de buena calidad. Es una colección de anuncios de coches del siglo XX en inglés, francés y alemán. Es necesario conocer estos idiomas para disfrutar de los anuncios. Cada anuncio viene exclusivamente en su idioma, no viene traducido a los otros dos idiomas. A mí el libro me ha encantado, aunque creo que lo de los idiomas puede ser un problema para mucha gente.

wow! Das Buch kam ohne Makel an hab mich sehr gefreut! Außerdem wurde es in alten Atlas Seiten verpackt (kreativ und nachhaltig :D ) Beim Aufpacken gab es dann sogar noch eine CD als Dankeschön für die Bestellung. Außerdem wird ein Großteil vom Erlös gespendet! also auf jeden fall von Bücherbazaar kaufen :D
