Bought these to help keep a fridge door closed. Was a bit unsure whether they would work or not, and fixing the magnets with the superglue took a couple of days to get both magnets to work, but hallelujah they have worked and the fridge door now shuts and seals perfectly. Saved me from buying a new fridge 😃

These circular magnets are impressively strong and powerful — in fact, it was quite a challenge to prise them apart when I first opened the pack. I have already used one successfully to keep my handleless lounge cabinets closed, using the supplied 3M backing sticker. This worked very well and created a neat magnetic closure. Using them on my wardrobe doors was slightly more complicated, as I needed to use the small tube of glue that was provided rather than the adhesive pads. I have to admit I was a little unimpressed with the glue, mainly because the quantity was very limited. That said, there was just enough to secure two magnets. After about 30 minutes, the magnets had adhered well to the painted wooden surfaces, and my wardrobe doors now close neatly and stay shut using the magnetic hold. Overall, despite the small issue with the glue quantity, the magnets are strong and effective — and in the end, they have done exactly what I needed them to do. I would call that a success!

Used them for a cabinet door. Extremely thin and quite powerful. Couldn't easily remove the sticker backing using it's tag because it was so firmly attached I had to resort to using a thin blade on the on the end of it!

I found the sticky pads provided to hold the magnets in the cupboards too weak, and the alternative superglue supplied was useless, very little found in tube, so resorted to using my own superglue which dd the trick. I eventually attached magnets on my cupboard door and cupboard frame with a lot of fiddling about, and thankfully they work keeping the door closed, that would not stay closed before.

Poor quality and the sticky stuff isn’t stronger than the magnet so the whole thing ends up on one side. Not fit for purpose.

I bought these magnets to protect against drafts. My doors already had brakes, but they did not catch the door and it slammed loudly when the window was opened. It’s quieter now, the door is locked. I like the fact that: -magnets can be sticked and removed -they are small -easy to attach -pleasant sound Installation Tips: No need to measure the distance and stick separately, do it smarter. Clean both surfaces and elements dry. Prepare magnets and pieces of iron - stick tape on one side. Remove the second part of the sticker from the magnet and stick it on the surface. Place the iron circle on the magnet, then remove the remaining side of the tape from the iron. Finally, simply close the door as usual. The result is that the second part of the structure (the iron) will stick itself to the ideal place.

Great quality, great price, comes complete with instructions, glue and sticky 3M pads. Magnets good quality. Recommend.

These magnets are low strength but on a light door, or lid they are OK. The double sided round sticky pads help to keep the disc magnets in place, but that is all. As I often do on this sort of fixing I run a small bead of super glue round part of the circumference. Leave for 1 hour and they are well stuck. Very neat with an extremely low profile. A small tube of glue was supplied but I found super glue was better. I put two close together, just touching to give a little more strength when needed.

Works well, not a very strong magnetic but helps keep light drawers shut. I bought them for work, I work at a salon and the drawers will randomly open. We stylist use our drawer 100x per day and I haven’t had a magnetic come off yet in about 4-6 months? They’re small and perfect for what i needed. Easy installation, just wipe surface with alcohol and place on and don’t mess with it for an hour or so and let the sticky dry or use super glue!!!

Not strong at all. The glue came off after a few months. Will need to find a different solution now
