This is well constructed and is very handy for carrying this large battery. It also provides that extra degree of security.

Was large enough for several batteries to store indoors for the winter. Very happy with the safety aspect for storing lithium batteries.

I have no idea, if it as fire retardant as it said that it is. It seems to be of quality, it fits my battery. I am happy I bought it.

Fireproof battery box fit my recently acquired LiFeP04 battery perfectly, and gives me peace of mind knowing that even while the chances of a battery fire are very small, I'm really well protected should the battery develop a defect. Good investment for any lithium battery!

I was looking for something to make moving my deep cycle batteries from outside to inside for charging. They work well now but I am not sure how they will hold up. I was hoping for a heavier strap for years of use. I also wish you had some access to the terminals without opening the complete top.

I feel much safer with this battery case.i charged my ebike battery in the case and the outside stayed perfectlycool, but it was pretty warm. We had a house fire in our neighborhood that was caused by a bike battery combustion, burned it almost to the ground. That's when I ordered this item.
