I have worn it in cold weather, but my most common use for this is to sleep in. Very comfy. I usually pull the drawstrings to close down the face opening if I’m sleeping, but leave the face opening wide if I’m awake and on the computer or whatever. Well made.

I thought this stuff was a scam at first but after I slept with it on for a week I noticed after the second day I didn’t wake up with grogginess or fatigue like I needed more sleep.I have Bluetooth bone conducive headphones I use and I tried to listen to them one evening with this on and the headphones kept cutting in and out. So I know this actually cuts rf signals by a ton!If you’re worried about emf radiation get this!!

This product is pretty good, i can see my cell phone goes down to 1 bar when i wrapped with the product. If you're emf sensitive or in a high emf congested area, imo you may need to wear 2 of these (double protection) in order to sleep well. Your mileage may vary.

Not sure it’s a thing, but this is my sleeping hood, and I love it. It’s not possible for me to turn off all the WiFi at night, so I gave this a try to see if it helped. It has helped my sleep significantly. I feel clearer and better rested in the morning. Also, I usually never remember my dreams, but they have been vivid and I remember them in the morning since using the sleeping hood. I use the Oura ring to track my sleep and my scores have been noticeably higher since I started sleeping in the hood, so it’s actually backed up by the data. Does my wife make fun of me a little, yes, but I am getting her one and I think once she tries it, she will come to the dark side. I’ll update this with her feedback if she actually tries it. LolUpdate: I got her one and now I have two. She doesn’t use it, but it’s nice to have a second one for travel and backup.

Love this hoodie! It’s really nice in the winter to have. Just wish I could put my hands on it. Don’t know where it went to darn!

I am disappointed. First that it was made in China. Mostly the terrible chemical smell which so often comes on fabric items these days. Perhaps it would come out with washing several times but I am too sensitive to risk this so am returning for refund. What a shame. I was looking forward to the EMF protection.

Tested against other blocking materials. Test scenario was streaming media while measuring RF with a EMF-390. It does not block RF signals effectively. It is only 40% silver woven per the manufacturer card included.
