Very Comfortable, Good back support.
Had this for about 5 days now. And I'm glad I bought this.Things I love about it:- Perfect size - I'm 5.10, medium framed. Very comfortable to sit on.- Back Support: In one word, 'Fantastic'. I sit for long hours at my desk when I work from home. And this holds up your spine so well, that you don't even realize how long you have been sitting.Things that need improvement:- The assembly manual lists that the arms take 6 screws, and the base takes 6. But both have only 4 holes (total 8 screws). And only 10 are provided. So its pretty confusing. They could do a better job. However, it took less than 15 mins to put it together and I might be getting a second one in the future.- Not quite White in color. Rather, its an ivory shade.

Good looking chair.
Good chair for the price. We liked the designed which was different than many other in Amazon. Well-built and comfortable. It was easy to put together. The soft wheels are good on our hardwood floors. I am not so sure about the durability of the vinyl cover. We will see in the future. I purchased two for our children rooms. We will see.

the chair looks great, functions well and does not bother her back
We bought this primarily for my wife who has back pain issues. the chair looks great, functions well and does not bother her back...I give it an A+...also, it was fairly easy to assemble not like an Ikea product.

My armrests were defective where you put the screw in but the company was very good about it and sent replacements.
It's very comfortable. The size I was expecting.
