We seem to use a lot of ground pepper so this big bag has come in handy. There's a great blend of different peppercorns and they're fresh. You can smell them when you open the bag. The quality is good. 2 pounds may seem like a lot, but if you're grinding your own and you like to cook, the quantity of product is appropriate.
