Fab colour, lasts for ages, will buy again

I don't own a top coat so often I buy nail polishes and they chip off quick. This held up for a good week and a half by itself. The colour and bottle are also so so so so pretty. I'd totally buy this as a gift and I definitely will be getting different colours. I love this product <3

I chose this because of the colour - as you do! It's a beautiful, deep wine-burgundy-reddy colour, and I reckon it's perfect for those nights out where you need something a bit dramatic and classic. I love the bottle too, it's got a weird twisty design - my only gripe would be getting the last drops out of the bottle! (as if I'd ever finish a whole bottle of nail polish!) Now, onto the nail polish: like with alllllll gel nail polishes it takes for blinking ever to dry, so get ready to settle in. It also takes two coats to avoid it becoming streaky. You will also need a decent top coat, I already own Essie Three-Way-Glaze which is brilliant, but you might need to get a specialist gel top coat by Essie as well. It does last well, it's been on my nails for about four days with a couple of chips, but nothing more or less. Yes, I do like this nail polish!

This range by Essie is the best and at a fantastic price too. The colour is gorgeous and the finish (along with the shiny top coat) look stunning and last at least a week without chipping. All my friends thought I’d been having professional gels since I’ve been using this range

Very easy to use brush, glides on well and uses up the whole of the nail shape in one swipe. I like that you can just apply it to bare nails then use the clear gel top coat on top. Dries quickly and in this beautiful deep dark red shade you only need two coats. (Perfect for lockdown when we can’t get our nails done professionally!) Would last for a long time on toe nails. Lasts well on finger nails as long as you use household gloves for chores etc. Decent price for both this and the gel top coat. (Colour - “Spiked With Style”)

Colour not as expected and thick, gloopy texture. Took ages to dry and then just lifted and peeled. Hassle free return.

Great product ! Work colleagues thought I had been to the nail salon and it lasts at least a week with no chipping. You do need to use step 1 & 2 though.

I had heard of essie before but never used it. The colours are lovely and vibrant, I've invested in a couple of these varnishes and they are really easy to apply due to the shape of the brush, the bottles really funky too. I always use a base coat but you don't have to use essies base coat which I found quite expensive and I applied two coats of the varnish. I did invest in their topcoat and I could really tell the difference in the shine after using it. I have worn this varnish for 3 days now and I have to confess I did do a little bit of washing up without my gloves on and I've also been planting out some tubs in the garden (with gloves) and it hasn't chipped yet.

It is perfect.. color is elegant like it is feminine red but it is really dark that it is classy though. Fast dry and gel finish, no need for top coat.. the best I love about the formula is that once you take a shower all extra polish on skin goes away and the polish on the nail lasts for around two weeks easily. Perfect and worth the high price.

Liebe die Farbe! Toller Nagellack, ich habe sonst immer einen anderen von Essie, daher Tipp: Er ist flüssiger, als die anderen Essies. Aber wenig Lack ist schon sehr deckend, also das was wir uns wünschen von farbigen Lacken. Pinsel ist auch nicht so breit, dass mag ich persönlich eh gerne! Also: Jajaja :)

Precioso el color y está marca es muy buena y dura mucho.

This has to be one of my favorite colors Essie has. It’s such a gorgeous burgundy- brown- red. Fall all the way. Essie gel couture is some of the best quality nail polish. I can go 7 to 10 days with minimal to zero chipping. Of course you get a little bit of wearing on the tips of the nail, but that’s normal for anything when using your hands. I’ve used this so many times already and I still have 3/4 of a bottle. And I have varying nail lengths sometimes I cut them all the way down and sometimes I let them grow long. Grab this color you definitely won’t regret it, especially if you’re a dark girly.
