Q: I could not get this cloth to retain peaks. Cloth just flattened out. Tested each side. Would appreciate learning how to make this cloth work.

Did you "starch" it (with flour I mean)? Working flour into the cloth should do the trick. Stiffens it just a bit.

Q: Do you bake on the couche
