I bought this at the end of October 2024. It is now May 2025 and my flosser stopped working yesterday out of nowhere. I thought it was the charge that went but it never abruptly just stops like that. I can usually feel when the battery is getting low. So I charged it and tried to turn it on but nothing. I always ensure my flosser is dried down properly after every use so I know this isn’t the problem. Just a bit disappointed as this could have been one of my best purchases. Not to get me wrong, it was good whilst it lasted. Different speeds, really cleaned out my teeth to the max. Just thought it would’ve had more longevity. Just be aware when making your purchase. Update: After hearing of this problem, the seller accepted full responsibility and refunded my full money. This is why I have put the star rating up. They are quick with their responses and are willing to sort the problem to try make their customers 100% happy.

Bought in October 2024. Has been a great purchase up until now July 2025. Now has a fault where the top holding the nozzle flies open when in use even on the least powerful setting. Can no longer be used. Should last more than 9 months. Wish I had seen the negative reviews before purchasing. Seems I'm not alone in having issues with this product. Which is a shame as could be a very good item if it lasted long enough

Have used a flosser for years, and needed a new one. Checked loads of reviews etc. Found this brand was well reviewed, spent a couple of hours on their hard to find website which showed this model as their top of the range hand reservoir type. Yet the prices on amazon and internet are all over the place for different models. But found a one well priced on amazon. It comes with assorted heads, not all of which i've used, but they're all there for those that want them. It has a USB C charging port, Hoorah, no special adapter needed any C charger will do, only a cable in the box no charger.(maybe why price competitive only 25Quid). The tube inside the reservoir, is flexible and weighted, so when you tip it up to get round the bottom teeth is still draws water, nobody else has this they all suck air and stop working(jan24). Charging is great, battery life is excellent, and as a regular user I've managed not to spray the bathroom ceiling, mirrors, face etc, first time users might want to start using it in the shower for the first week or so. Excellent stuff really pleased. Can't advise on longevity yet, but if it fails I'll come back and later this review.

Update: After 4 months of use it developed an electrical fault. Power light flickering and water jet intensity lights cycling intermittently. Once you can find the right page to start an amazon return for refund, the returns process was straight forward. Changing from 5* to 2*. Great device but maybe a single bad unit? Although initially dubious, I wanted to see if it could improve my gum health. I started using it after a trip to the hygienist to have a good baseline to start from. My teeth are quite close so I have to use size zero interdental brush size in a few places, size 4 around a bridge, and floss that shreds for the rest. In use it's amazing to see just how much food was left between teeth after eating. A good bacon sandwich can yield enough residue to almost reconstitute an entire pig! Just give it a plaster and off it trots. The lovely clean feeling after visiting the hygienist is maintained for much longer. I still use regular floss, but not as often. And crucially, the result - A recent dental checkup after 3 months of use has revealed my gum health has improved. As for the unit itself: - The inclusion of a weighted ball in the reservoir allowing you to use the device at all angles is invaluable, and surprising absent on devices from other manufacturers. - the range of power settings is useful for having a starting point to gradually increase from as your gums grow used to it. - the water reservoir is a good size, not too big or small, for 1 good clean. Overall, it feels good, its fun and it works.

Bought on 24 March 2025, doesn't work anymore. blinks green and red. I opened it to check what's going on, water everywhere. Laughable IPX7
