Short chain and fastener that sticks

The wallet is fine; just what I wanted. But the chain is awful. It is short, feels unpleasant and the fastener on the end doesn’t work properly (it sticks and is hard to open). I have black wallet from the same seller, and the chan on that is perfect. So, I’m disappointed with this item, which is just sitting in a drawer.

Brought it for my husband as he lost his wallet recently. Love the full zip to keep every thing safe. Chain was good length looks strong as well. Lots of pockets in card holder .Very impressive over all.

The interior pockets for credit cards do not hold up to use. I purchased mine and within 6 months I could not use half of the holders
